How long is the payment period for my invoice?

According to § 12 of the Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ), your invoice is due for payment immediately - regardless of your insurance or any possible reimbursement.

👉 To give you enough time for checking, queries or bank processing times, we grant you a payment period of 28 calendar days from the invoice date.

Please note:

If your payment is not received by us after this 28-day period, you will automatically be in default (§ 286 para. 3 BGB) - even without a separate reminder.
